Dr. Beth Elia completed her Masters in Counseling at Arizona State University in 2002. In 2007 she completed her Doctorate in Psychology at Argosy University in Phoenix, Arizona. After she completed her Masters she started counseling with children, families and couples. She completed her internship and residency at Illinois Department of Corrections for 8 years.
She worked in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers. She has worked with ages between 5 and 95 years. She has experience in a broad spectrum neurological disorders such as ADD, ADHD, personality disorders, depression, bipolar, anxiety, dementia etc...
She has extensive experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
She sees client from the age of 5 years and above.

Dr. Reynish completed his doctoral studies in August 2004. He attended Roosevelt University, in Chicago to complete his post graduate studies as a clinical psychologist. Focusing on individual, family and group counseling. He also, specializes in Psychological and Neuropsych diagnostic testing.

Dr. Olesia Shalayska earned her M.A and Doctoral degree at Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Schaumburg. As a licensed clinical psychologist in both Illinois and Indiana Dr. Shalayska has worked with a diverse client population. She has experience treating clients with substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. Dr. Shalayska completed her internship and post-doctoral study at Doctors Neuropsychiatric Hospital. She continued to serve the geriatric population in capacity of individual, family counseling and neuropsychological assessment to clarify cognitive decline. Dr. Shalayska’s therapeutic framework is predominantly cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy. However, based on client need, she will integrate other therapeutic approaches that better help her clients achieve their goals. Also Dr. Shalayska continues to maintain strong psychological and neuropsychological assessment skills. She is fluent in Ukranian, Polish and understands Russian.
